- 2 Coordinators for 8 hours on the day of
- A bridal emergency kit
- Creating a timeline for vendors
- Calling the vendors 2 weeks prior to the wedding and again 2 days prior to the wedding
- Supervising all vendor arrivals and set up
- Coordinating décor
- Placement of guest book and place cards
- Guest and seating management
- Ensuring that programs are distributed
- Distributing bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres
- Checking audio/visual equipment
- Cueing photographer/videographer, emcee and DJ
- Directing processional and recessional
- Coordinating receiving line
- Coordinating meal and bar service
